To apply for the Decentralized Voices program, you must complete the application form no later than 23:59:59 on 5 March 2025 (Central European Time). The application process requires specific details to ensure your eligibility and alignment with the program’s goals.
- Verify Identity: Share your Polkadot and Kusama addresses with a confirmed on-chain identity.
- Declare Philosophy: Publish your governance approach on the Polkadot Forum.
- Showcase Expertise: Highlight your ecosystem contributions, governance experience, and perspective.

- Clear & structured decision-making frameworks for referenda
- A track record of active participation in on-chain voting and governance discussions & community engagement
