Your KSM is still there, the problem is Trust Wallet is not really recommended as they don’t stay on top of updates and the app doesn’t conform to Polkadot specifications which can cause issues. Please open a ticket on the Nova App: Settings → Get support by email
Or send them directly an email: support@novawallet.io
With more details (such as your wallet address) they will be able to help you. If you tried to import your account from Trust Wallet to Nova not via the “Import from Trust Wallet” button, you might have issues seeing your tokens. But also in this case, please describe that in the support mail to Nova.
You have to use the import from Trust Wallet because they use a non-standard derivation path. You can also paste your wallet address in here https://assethub-kusama.subscan.io/ and see your balance so you know things aren’t lost.
