Introduction & Background
I am a co-founder of ChileDAO, a recent graduate of the Polkadot Blockchain Academy (PBA-X Wave 3), and a dedicated Web3 builder with “Local DAO Agents” (aka Cooperativa Local) since 2021.
My work has been focused on fostering grassroots adoption and creating tangible use cases for blockchain technology in Latin America. My foundational experience (2022-2023), supported by the Start-Up Chile Government Public Accelerator, includes launching a Decentralized Cultural Platform on DeSo Protocol, plus orchestrating 13 phygital Web3 experiences at venues like NFT.NYC and two of Chile’s most important national cultural centers, GAM and Matucana 100. These initiatives cultivated a community of over 1,000 web3 enthusiasts, artists and creative managers, engaging over 1,300 on-chain and 200K audiences on social media.
Summary of 2024-2025 Activities & Contributions
My recent activities are heavily focused on direct contributions to the Polkadot ecosystem in Chile, and the overall Latin American Web3 space.

Result: The IME Link “Festival as a DAO” (2025): This large-scale projects serve as powerful proofs-of-concept for my capabilities. A prime example is this festival:
Ecosystem Collaboration with an underlying Methodology based on end-users and massive audiences: The event was intentionally blockchain-agnostic. We held 12 panels featuring a Polkadot community representative, Francisco Albornoz, alongside leaders from Cardano, Avalanche, Worldcoin, and Venus Protocol, positioning me as a trusted convener for the broader Web3 ecosystem in my region.

Motivation for Sponsorship
This mission is why I am focused on Blockchain development at Latin America. Having reached 500K audiences throughout 4 years working on Web3, I’ve seen how the lines between different ecosystems are blurring, creating powerful new opportunities for the LATAM Region, where I fit on the middle of these confluences. The DAO use cases that Polkadot promotes, resonates with Cardano’s DAO governance experience and my expertise on Clarity Protocol, the leading DAO infrastructure on Cardano.
On other hand, development of Midnight—a data-protection partner chain for Cardano built with the Polkadot SDK (Substrate)—is a perfect example of this strategic convergence. It shows that the future is interoperable and that the tools built by the Polkadot community are foundational for the entire Web3 space.
Attending Polkadot Symbiosis is a crucial opportunity for me to dive deep into the technology that is bridging these worlds, DAOs and governance on-chain on one hand, and common technology with Polkadot’s substrate underlying Cardano’s Midnight, on the other. My goal is to learn directly from Polkadot’s core builders so I can better architect solutions for the Latin American market and guide our communities toward these collaborative futures.
This sponsorship also has strategic importance for Polkadot’s visibility at a national level. I am in conversations with the Chilean Government’s Innovation Laboratory to develop an official blockchain course for its 600,000 public sector workers. Attending Symbiosis will directly enhance the curriculum, creating a unique opportunity to introduce Polkadot’s technology to a massive and influential audience.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
