Separate categories for Apps / <App Name> / topics

I would like to move app feedback from what is currently being used on the staking dashboard (Canny.io) to the polkadot forum and provide an external link to the forums rather than embedding a GUI in the dashboard.

Would we be able to create a top level category for Apps and have sub categories for our initiatives, Staking Dashboard being one of them. I imagine teams from the greater ecosystem could also get involved and house some chats here.

We are actively avoiding creating too many topics before there is enough activity to warrant them. Also, we want this space to be relatively curated and sending end-users here is maybe not a good idea.
