Hello, I am just a person that invested in the ecosystem by locking money up in parachains in 2021 and sort of forgot about it. I am having trouble navigating back to claim my rewards and principle back. Is there a support area for newbies like me where I can maybe do something like a zoom call and have someone guide me through this? I hate publishing on a public forum because there are so many scammers so if you respond, please be one of the forum leaders or somebody that has a history of posting. I am highly suspicious of scammers on crypto forums.

Well I mentioned my overall situation in my first message. It would be crazy for me to post the details of my individual investments in a public Internet forum. That is kind of like dragging a steak through a shark infested ocean and hoping none of them are hungry. I recall that in the past there was a place that tech administrators took appointments and did calls as a community service. If that is no longer available, I would be happy to pay someone who is an administrator here by the hour for assistance over zoom. Of course, I will not share my keys or “change wallets” or fall victim to any of the many tactics online that scammers use, including impersonating administrators on the forum. Can anybody help me by pointing me in the right direction on this forum?

This server isn’t a support outlet. You can get support here, but I suggest you join the Polkadot Official Discord server. There is an official help forum there, as well as friendly mods (myself included) who are happy to help. (You can click my username here to verify that I am a moderator on this Forum. Ok and thank you sir. I was able to see your qualifications. So on your advice, I joined the polkadot server, and the help section did not seem to focus on my issues, so could I DM you on the server and talk with you privately? For the same reason I did not elaborate publicly, any servers including discord are filled with scammers doing anything they can to interject themselves into discussions with people who have legitimate questions.
