Itās a very responsive community, active and engaged. Essentially, itās a gathering of real holders who actively discuss Polkadot. You can find interesting materials and opinions there, which is really cool.
Itās not only about votes, itās about real community to leverage your ideas!

Hey LATAM Collective, itās great to see more LATAM and Spanish community members join the collective, with a diverse group of people with different skills.
I fully support them, knowing that they will all do a great job in the realm of OpenGov. Representation is key, and having active voices in the community will inspire other LATAM members to come forward. In terms of future inclusion, I hope to see a seat designated for a woman with expertise in OpenGov, as this opportunity would further uplift and empower LATAM women within the community.
