Understanding Polkadot’s Parachains and Developer Challenges

Hey everyone,

I have been diving into Polkadot’s technology & I am impressed with how it enables scalability and interoperability across different blockchains. I am still wrapping my head around the technical details when it comes to parachains and the consensus mechanism.

Can anyone explain in simple terms how parachains communicate with each other and how they share security within the Polkadot ecosystem? Also: what are some common challenges developers face when building on Polkadot??

Also I have read a few articles and docs Requesting Advice on the Best Methods for Polkadot Parachain Development and Implementation but I want to hear your thoughts and experiences.
As an RPA developer I am interested in understanding how these concepts could integrate with automated processes.
