At it’s core, web3 is about anyone being able to not only interact with a distributed system, but to participate in running it. Station takes this core value and applies it to what music streaming can be; each artist running their own server and networked together with peer-to-peer technology.

But wanted to announce that Station is now operational on the newly launched Paseo Asset Hub and will be coming to Kusama next before also being deployed to Polkadot; it’s multichain ready too, so artists can choose the network that their finances operate on. My north star was to make a service that was minimally extractive from artists. It was only possible through the lens of web3 that is uncrompromised through the unrelenting work of the people in this ecosystem.
