Yesterday I transferred DOT assets from Binance to Kraken. Binance said the withdrawal was completed, however the funds did not arrive in my Kraken account.
Kraken stated, “Kraken does not support the Statemint blockchain network. Therefore, any token deposit will not be processed by our system.”
How can I recover misrouted DOT assets?
