Hey, thanks for mentioning SubWork, I’m thankful for that!
Our core values can be read from this meme picture. We support remote, async work, getting things done, while offering in-person experience, thus being hybrid place.
Meanwhile, since the space has been operational few months, we ran through a few successful metrics, like over 150 unique visitors, 165 members on Telegram, 49 Google Reviews and 100+ LinkedIn followers.
Plus on top, space is generating small % for revenue, yet far from break even. Usually, coworking space is fully booked 12-16 months from opening, so I guess we are slowly getting there.
Daily visits are on the table as we are in tourist hotspots for people coming from United States, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Singapore and Italy.
What kind of metrics would you like to see implemented for the success of Hubs?
I would like to see a common charter city of Polkadot Hubs between locations. I.e. in mature stage where people can exchange knowledge and have regular weekly checkins.
Probably I would like to see Treasury Incentives, i.e. Claimables to come to these Polkadot Hubs on start, like $100 or $50 for showing up, to bootstrap awareness outside of Polkadot Bubble.
Also, I would suggest making POAPs for visiting Polkadot Hubs, as with KodaDot Drops, we can help with that easily. We have form to help with setting up drops campaign
I’m honestly looking forward to how these things will unfold in the future.
The only thing people frequently ask us is coliving space, which would offer people an end-to-end experience. It would be good to think of that.
