More than a Conference: An Immersive Collaboration Experience
In November, Buenos Aires will become the global epicenter of blockchain innovation. However, between the intensity of Polkadot Decoded and Devconnect, opportunities for deep connections and real collaborations often get lost amid packed agendas and fleeting conversations.
What if there was a pre-conference space where the community could build trust, exchange perspectives, and accelerate projects before major events?
Our Proposal: Polkadot House BA
Space4Build has reserved an exclusive three-story mansion in the heart of Recoleta, Buenos Aires.
From November 7th to 12th, ahead of the main conferences, this space will become a building camp and creative retreat for the Polkadot community.
A select group of 30 builders will have the opportunity to live, work, and build together, escaping distractions to immerse themselves in an environment designed for genuine collaboration.
Diversity as a Catalyst for Innovation
Diversity, following the fundamental essence of Polkadot, will be the cornerstone of this initiative. We believe that true innovation in Polkadot doesn’t emerge in a single place, but rather at the confluence of voices, backgrounds, and experiences.
Polkadot House BA seeks to embody this spirit, integrating:
â—Ź Representatives from the Web3 Foundation (W3F).
â—Ź Community leaders from Africa, the Americas, India, China, and Europe.
â—Ź Inclusion-focused collectives, such as HerDAO.
â—Ź Builders from several regions that represents a real inclussion experience.
This design isn’t just a list of names: it’s a strategy to generate real synergies and break down barriers.
Why is this coexistence important?
In a digital ecosystem, deep human connections are more valuable than ever. This experience seeks to:
â—Ź Foster trust and mutual respect, the foundation for sustainable collaborations.
● Promote the exchange of unique perspectives, where a developer from India can contribute solutions that a European builder hadn’t considered.
● Catalyze unexpected projects through informal interactions—whether in the kitchen, on a walk around the neighborhood, or in an impromptu coworking session.
Unique Value for Builders and Developers
Polkadot House BA is designed to maximize individual and collective impact:
â—Ź Direct collaboration: Solve technical challenges in real time alongside W3F members, parachain teams, and community leaders.
â—Ź Deep connections: Build genuine relationships that transcend conferences and strengthen the global fabric of Polkadot.
â—Ź Strategic advantage: Arriving at Decoded and Devconnect with established partnerships, ongoing discussions, and clarity on the trends to prioritize.
