The most common issues with autocompound and reward claims done manually is that not enough fees are applied/are available and that permissions are not set so that others can claim them. In the pool’s cases, rewards are usually claimed by the owner of the pool. In ours it’s over 3 DOT but other pools they claim starting at 1 DOT, Pool 1 - Paranodes’ should autocompound starting at 0.075 DOT. So make sure to have around 1.1 DOT to perform these transactions and to have set permissions so that others can claim the rewards for you.

Based on the currently nominated validators and latest activity it seems like the rewards should be steady unlike a few weeks ago when they were choppy indeed. The rewards in that pool look stable since April 29th more or less.

Hi Pool member,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry that you were unable to contact us via twitter or discord.

As Saxemberg mentioned autocompounding isn’t an automatic feature, one needs to enable it so that my autocompound script can take action. He is also correct that autocompounding if enabled is only done at a threshold which is set by the pool operator.

Additionally, the pool is always backing an active validator, as with the screenshot above, it is backing ParaNodes.io/06 in full which means you’ll get a reward regardless.

Please let me know if you have any other questions of need further guidance with setting enabling permissionless autocompound. Details are here → Polkadot Support

See section on claim permissions and select auto compound.

Kind Regards,
