Now that dotUSD has been approved, the next logical step is to find a way to offramp dotUSD to local fiat currency, without this dotUSD losses its value proposition

The idea of the Polkadot ecosystem is to promote decentralization and fight control and censorship. If suddenly all CEXes started delisting DOT, it would be over and Polkadot would have failed in its mission to fight censorship and promote decentralization, the ecosystem needs to find a way to offramp dotUSD into local fiat currency.

This can be done in two ways, the first way is via P2P via bank accounts or digital wallets, we could copy the system Binance employs which works quite well, and to finance it, for people who try to scam other people or do triangulation, a moderator finds this out and burns his funds if the person acted in bad faith with the intend of causing harm and these burnt funds could help finance these moderators, this is not the only way to finance moderators, we could also make a small % of each offramp to finance moderators, also the community could share more ideas to improve this.

The second one is P2P face to face, like meeting on a park or somewhere else and do the transaction in direct cash to get dotUSD. Here we could manage a reputation system, for example to these kind of exchanges we could make both parties be overcollateralized, lets say you want to offramp $100 dotUSD for $100 USD, both parties would need an over collateralization of 300% ($300 dotUSD in this example) which are frozen until both parties agree. And a maximum limit of $500 per operation, something like this. Once the reputation grows the over collateralization is reduced and the maximum limit increases, at 0 reputation it is 300% of the intended amount and it keeps going lower as reputation grows. People can also leave comments and give likes. Also use moderators in case there are problems.

I launched the idea, it is up for the community to discuss this and how it can be implemented, and for the devs of Polkadot ecosystem to see how plausible this is.
