I think that for the launch of the Polkadot app, we should swap the Hollar for USDT, and mint dotUSD (Phase 1), and distribute rewards in dotUSD.
Another option would be to buy DOT with Hollar.

The first option is the best. We need to use native solutions like dotUSD.

I meant swap HOLLAR from where? AFAIK the treasury does not hold any HOLLAR and nobody has proposed using HOLLAR for the launch of the polkadot app
I don’t think we should be using USDT for anything. If DOTUSD is available (I haven’t seen it anywhere) then use that but otherwise we should stay with HOLLAR (or, at a push, DAI).
