NFTMozaic, a DF funded initiative, is driving the next era of NFT adoption for the Polkadot ecosystem. Since November 18, we’ve delivered our first milestone, including:
Deep research on technical infrastructure (SDKs, wallets, explorers, indexers, pallets)
Profiles of parachains offering NFT tooling
Initial research on real-world NFT use cases and growth areas

We are now sharing “Polkadot NFTs”—a BD-oriented presentation designed to assist BD teams and individual contributors in starting first conversations with potential leads effectively.
This presentation highlights Polkadot’s strengths and frames the NFT growth narrative, with NFTMozaic available to support lead progression, technical consulting, and ecosystem navigation.
Executive Summary of the Presentation:
Situation: NFTs now underpin scalable applications in gaming, AI, and fan engagement. Polkadot is technically ready to lead, as demonstrated by live projects like Mythical.
Challenge: While Polkadot offers unmatched flexibility and technical advantages, it lacks the liquidity, perception, and developer onboarding seen in competitor ecosystems.
Solution: Clear presentation of why projects should choose Polkadot and what they need to do to begin.

Introducing NFTMozaic Small Grants Program
We are also introducing the NFTMozaic Small Grants Program to accelerate the launch of NFT-driven dApps on Polkadot. This program will be proposed for open governance and treasury funding soon.
Objective:
Fund MVPs & adoption-driven applications, ensuring a stronger focus on user onboarding, not just code / prototypes.
Target:

Developers & startups creating B2C dApps with a clear commitment to onboarding users.

Larger projects with existing user bases will have a separate support framework.
Motivation:
Inspired by Unique Network’s CodeCraft success, where 12 NFT 2.0 teams delivered MVPs with strong adoption metrics, we aim to replicate and scale this success.
Example: Kooupon Kraft gained 400 users in a month (now over 1000), showcasing the power of continued mentorship and technical guidance.
