This quarter marked a transition from setup to execution: growing the qualified lead pipeline, securing early ecosystem integrations, and reigniting regional communities through high-impact events and institutional collaborations.

Polkadot Meet Up -reignited the Spanish builder community, 10+ active developers engaged.
