We learned cardano had some memepool DoS attack recently, which weakens the security of these sampling bridges, if you use the current blockhash. If otoh you use a blockhash at some fixed time, then maybe you can do better.

Yup, we had a quite fun experience with a DDoS attack this week… Cardano Community had a fun time, resulting in draining the attackers funds locked into the scripts he used for the attack.
