Important Dev Update

First UX Grant – Cross-chain Swap Widget
We’re making our first grant to tackle the cross-chain swap UX.
The grant goes to Turtle for their widget, which we believe sets the best UX standard for swaps. Parachains and apps looking to integrate swaps should keep an eye on this .
Component UI Library
@niklasp , @pastaMan and @flez are progressing on the UI Library, with a target launch before October 6th (Polkadot Builders Party).
Consultancy Program
- Saturnia, recommended by Hungarian DAO, is working with Subscan on their redesign. The focus is on user personas, flows, and testing. Deliverables expected by end of Q3.
UX Audits Program
All audits are on track:

We’re looking for new vendors! Please share recommendations!
Community Feedback Program
@nino_apillon will soon kick off a program where users can report UX bugs across Polkadot and dApps. Rewards will work like a bug bounty system.
The goal is to catch more issues and engage the community.
OpenGov Feedback
We’re testing a new OpenGov feedback system.

Data Analytics Program
Starting our first program with Mimir, helping them measure success with custom dashboards built on PostHog, a cookie-less and privacy-first solution.

We are mentoring the 3 winning teams of our UX track at the Web3 Summit hackathon:

Ecosystem Coordination

We are continuing supporting Asset Hub Migration and HUB initiatives.

We are pushing for better coordination with W3F and other grants to improve the funding experience.
