Update MetaData old Iphone 5s

Hi, does anyone know how I can update the metadata on an old iPhone 5s (iOS 12.5)? Worked fine for years but not anymore.
I’m trying to use it with Parity Signer / Polkadot, but scanning Fountain QR codes fails. I tried screenrecording the QR and playback slower but did not help.

That is what i used to do and worked fine. But not anymore. Because of the old phone i get the error: “missing lines 1,2,3,…”

Can you post the exact error you’re getting. don’t post sensitive info - only the error

I just did. That is the only error i got. “missing lines 1,2,3,…”
