Sub0 @ Devcon report - a true cultural reset

sub0 Reset closed the year for the Polkadot ecosystem on a high note, bringing over a thousand core builders, community groups, ecosystem projects, and friends from the overall Substrate world together for three action-packed days.

The WebZero team is proud to report that the event was an overall success, with more than 1,700 visitors, 30 keynotes and talks, 13 workshops, 3 barcamps, 11 demos, and 16 side events!

It was a test for everyone who worked on this project—eight weeks to organise, with a new logo and visual identity, a larger scope, and all of the competition and opportunity the alignment with Devcon brought with it.

In retrospect, the event could have used a few extra months to organise—a price that fell on the WebZero team, who had to manage many things on a tight deadline. Most importantly: the budget was kept, the goals were reached, and the impact was tremendous. The aftermovie can be found here.
