Conference KPIs - First Numbers!
Dear Polkadot community & stakeholders,
WebZero is proud to present the first results of the successful Polkadot Flagship Conference: Sub0 Symbiosis.
Overall, this new format combined a multitude of activations and activities with a full-fledged conference agenda, prioritizing the guest experience. For the first time, the total budget not only included a full-scale conference with catering but also a large, in-person hackathon with a total of 150 submissions, 3 raves, a nail salon, tattoo artist, ball pit, rooftop bar, podcasting room, gaming and many other perks.
This enormous task would not have been possible without community backing and collaborations with local partners. We want to thank everyone who supported this ambitious project, which for the first time engaged a wide local community as well as the international Polkadot ecosystem and notably 90% of outside-ecosystem participants.

As expected, we faced challenges and unforeseen costs - it was certainly not easy and there were a number of local logistical issues (catering, wifi, electricity) that arose at the final moments. Our full report will outline the enormous leaps, milestones, and setbacks faced throughout the entire journey.
