The Polkadot-Kusama bridge is now live, currently able to transfer DOT to Kusama and KSM to Polkadot and vice-versa. Polkadot <> Kusama Bridge - #25 by acatangiu
Adding other assets requires acts of governance. Currently the only ways to use the bridge are using PJS App or manually crafting the XCM transfer, but others should be added soon. See forum post above for more details.
