Barring any major changes in voting, Referendum 384, registering the People Chain and upgrading the Coretime chain to runtime 1.2.3, will execute. https://kusama.polkassembly.io/referenda/384
This will re-enable identity on Kusama, on the People Chain instead of the relay chain. All current identities will be migrated to the People Chain.
