Hello,
France is doing some funky and not too cool stuff. Luckily proposition got rejected by the local supreme court (conseil constitutionnel). Things are still not going well and it looks like the only way they can think around the various issues is to increase control and centralized everything. I wrote a small presentation (in French) for educating people around ZK and decentralization.
I am look for some reviewers, obviously French language is required and good knowledge of current issues and politics is also helpful.
