Hi everyone ![]()
We’d like to introduce ABAKO to the Polkadot community.
Over the past months, our team has been building a DAO-governed coordination layer for Web3 development teams. ABAKO is designed to assemble temporary joint ventures of developers to execute client-funded Web3 projects—transparently, reputation-based, and governed by on-chain rules.
The solution has been developed in collaboration with the Virto Team, using Virto’s technology stack on Kusama.
We’re grateful that ABAKO has received funding from the Web3 Foundation (Founders Grant), which has allowed us to move from concept to working prototype.
A bit of context
A few months ago, we published a call for interest to developers to help us understand real workflow needs in Web3 development: quoting, team formation, coordination, reputation, availability, etc.
That feedback directly shaped the current version of the application.
Now we’re entering Milestone 3: User Testing.
Call for Testers (Paid Collaboration)
We are looking for participants to join structured user-testing sessions next week.
This includes:
-
Web3 developers (Tech Leads and devs)
-
Potential customers (founders, startups, protocols, teams needing Web3 development)
Format:
-
1h30’ session
-
Paid collaboration: 20 KSM
-
Remote
-
Recorded (for internal UX analysis)
We have a limited number of slots to test the full workflow of the application, including:
-
Customer request flow
-
Tech Lead quotation and team proposal
-
Developer selection and coordination logic
You will be interacting with a live prototype and giving direct feedback on UX, clarity, and coordination mechanics.
If you’re interested, please send an old-fashioned email to:
Tell us:
-
Who you are
-
Your Web3 experience
-
Your role preference for the testing (Customer / Tech Lead / Developer)
-
Your availability next week
We’ll confirm slots directly by email.
We’re excited to finally open this phase to the community.
Looking forward to building this together.
