Given the recent issue that arose on the Conor Daly referendum, may be a good idea to establish a multi-sig emergency fund that can be disbursed immediately. Off the cuff, I would think we would hold a month’s worth of spend in the emergency fund. If a technical issue were to occur and we had to push an update that would take 28 days to pass, then we would have the funds to cover all operations during that time. Multi sig could be DVs or Collective. The ideal amount is that we can cover all mandatory costs for a month but at the same time if we somehow lost the amount in the multi-sig it would not have a significant impact.
