What We Learned & Where We’re Going

Q1 brought valuable insights that are already shaping how we approach the rest of the year:

  • We’re focusing on quality over quantity in merchandise and event presence — delivering more impact through fewer, better-designed touchpoints.

  • Narrative clarity and event-specific creative themes are helping Polkadot resonate more deeply with diverse audiences.

  • We’re increasing our engagement with Web2 conferences, building bridges to new communities beyond the Web3-native world.

Looking ahead to Q2, we’re continuing to support both global visibility and local empowerment:

  • Polkadot Roots will scale with a focus on recurring meetups and experimentation with DAO-based event models.

  • We have ensured strong representation at major global gatherings including Consensus (Toronto), Berlin Blockchain Week, ETH Belgrade, ETH Prague, with curated booths, side events, and ecosystem-led activations.
