I have an unclaimed crowdloan refund of ~24.8 DOT from the Nodle parachain (ID 2026), contributed via Parallel Finance in March 2022.
My original address is 15UpHWeLJCfnGCfDCjpDVhxvJ3DbXv4aQCV2HxKNpL9bCf8K
This address had its balance migrated to AssetHub in November 2025 (Block #28494352).
If I manually submit the crowdloan.withdraw extrinsic today, will the ~24.8 DOT land on the relay chain or automatically forward to AssetHub?
Is it safe to proceed or is there any risk of the funds being lost?
Please note that if you did this through the normal crowdloan process, there is no need to submit a crowdloan.withdraw extrinsic. Generally this is done by the parachain itself when the original crowdloan period expires. But the Nodle crowdloan was long ago and all crowdloaned DOT was returned. Calling the crowdloan.withdraw extrinsic isnβt going to do anything.
If you went through a third-party service like Parallel, you are dependent on that service, and unfortunately Parallel was hacked ( see https://x.com/gbaciX/status/1922336382648787322 ) . I donβt know the status exactly, but I do know the Parallel team has been posting about providing refunds to DOT held on their parachain. See their blog ( https://parallelfinance.medium.com/ ) for updates.
