I’ve submitted Referendum 640 on the Wish For Change track. It establishes one requirement: any change that removes, merges, or eliminates the Kusama Technical Fellowship as an independent on-chain collective needs a dedicated Kusama vote before implementation.
It does not oppose consolidation, does not seek to reverse PR #1100, and does not claim the change is irreversible. @acatangiu, your corrections were useful — you’re right that OpenGov is sovereign and this isn’t a one-way door. The WFC just makes the consent explicit rather than assumed.
