BD HR: Teams, contributors, services, costs, tenure, and status

Hello all,

As a follow-up on my previous posts [1 , 2], I have published a database of BD HR teams, with a breakdown of their key contributors, services, costs, tenure, and status.

This data should be useful to:

Feedback on the fields/entries is always appreciated to ensure that the info remains relevant and usable.

I am currently drafting a one-pager to summarise all data collection procedures for OpenGov HR and will be publishing this document in a few weeks.

In parallel, I have also begun to explore different options for automating the logs of treasury-related data. More info on these developments will be shared in due course.

Finally, I will be applying for a retroactive tip on OpenGov at a rate of $85 per hour for the time spent structuring, populating, and updating this database.

Thank you!

Update

A methodology has been published to summarise data collection procedures for OpenGov HR, as well as document the rationale behind its information architecture.

Now that the overarching structure of OpenGov HR databases is established, the next steps will involve automating the presentation of Treasury proposals.

The aim will be to:

  1. surface as many historically related proposals as possible
  2. ensure that newly relevant proposals are indexed into the databases
  3. fast track the maintenance of all databases

Thank you!
