Add web3 wallet sign-up/log-in feature

Hey Arwen and Team,

I think the Polkadot Forum is a great idea, a good place for enthusiasts to discuss, debate, and come up with ideas on how to contribute to the development of the ecosystem.

There is one thing I would recommend is to have an option for users to sign up and log in with web3 wallets, just similar to Polkassembly / Opensquare / doTreasury. I personally believe it would make the Forum more Web3.

I think the first step for that would be to provide a discourse plugin that implements a login with dotsama accounts.
I would also love to see a “login with KILT”. :innocent:
But since there are multiple projects that could provide such a login solution, what would be the policy for integrating their plugins?
