Maybe someone well-connected in our Dotsama ecosystem can start and organize a proposal to spend 80% of the treasury for the coming 12 months or so to rent and organize about every available programmer globally into a project/company to integrate any of the most popular programming languages into the polkadot developer kit like Algorand just did with Python? Those funds need to be spended asap, now is the time of spend, grow, eat and expand or become irrelevant.
