Why w3f only care about the two case?

Does anyone know what W3F is actually doing?

Reviewing each proposal and tracking individual cases should theoretically be their job, since they hold 30% of the Polkadot tokens.

The W3F is currently rolling out their new strategy.

They have recently published their new grants strategy, Parity is being repositioned right now and we see the first few votes in OpenGov coming in.

You will see it roll out from the first few landmark cases to broader participation.
