Hello Polkadot Community!
It’s been a few months since we launched Ink!ubator 2.0, and we’re excited to share our first progress update with you!
Our aim from the beginning has been to support builders working on ink!, and we must make sure that everything that happens in the Ink!ubator is open and community-driven. Your contributions and feedback are what make this project valuable - so here’s what we’ve been up to:
Application progress
We’ve accepted 2 promising projects out of 26 applicants so far. You can explore their proposals on our GitHub:
Updated resources
We’ve refreshed:
- Website
- GitHub repos — to make it easier for contributors and applicants to get involved.
Simplified application form
To make applying even easier, we introduced a simplified application form - and it’s working! So far, 15 projects have submitted their ideas through the form.
Reviewing pipeline
We’re actively reviewing incoming proposals. Currently, we have a total of 26 applications in the pipeline:
- 15 via the new form
- 9 on GitHub
- 2 via DoraHacks
DoraHacks launch
We’ve launched an official page on DoraHacks and kicked off a hackathon!
Developers can now submit their builds and potentially move forward to receive a grant.
We’ve already received 2 submissions, and our page has passed all DoraHacks verifications.

Multisig updates
We’ve also updated our multisig setup, transitioning to new signers to ensure secure and efficient governance going forward.
Get involved!
If you or someone you know is working on a project that uses ink!, we’d love to hear from you!
Submit your project - we’re always excited to support new ideas through the Ink!ubator program.
We’re also open to feedback, suggestions, and community insight - feel free to drop your thoughts in the comments or reach out directly.
Let’s keep building - together
