Dear Polkadot Community,
I wanted to take a moment to share my journey and reflect on the incredible experience I’ve had working alongside all of you. As part of my past role as a Head Ambassador, I promised to retroactively share a vision for Polkadot’s future - and I’m happy to fulfill that promise now. Polkadot’s Path Forward: Vision for Entering a Realistic Market
It represents not just a vision, but the culmination of countless conversations, ideas, and insights from within our ecosystem. You can say, my past couple of years before G6.
After being elected with a 99.99% vote of confidence, I’ve dedicated myself to the cause. During the 4 months as an elected HA, I spent much of my time interviewing key ecosystem members to write the first article and shine some light on where Polkadot is, what needs to be done to succeed. That and additional research helped me to write the two articles (ref for the first one here).
As I write this, I’d like to humbly address the topic of recognition for my efforts. While I’ve never received any form of salary or compensation for my work as an ambassador (including the promised salary), I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute. If the community feels that my contributions are deserving of reward, I would be deeply appreciative if someone were to open a “big tipper” or “small spender” for my work - such as a few other HAs got rewarded. It would be a beautiful gesture of appreciation 
Lastly, I want to say that my four years as a part of the Polkadot ecosystem as a HA (High Ambassador) have been transformative. The friendships, experiences, and lessons learned have changed my life in the best possible ways. Thank you all for being a part of this extraordinary journey.
