Nomination pools allow nominators to “pool” their nominations together, reducing the amount necessary to receive staking rewards drastically.
Initial proposed parameters are 1 DOT to join a pool, 200 DOT to create a pool, a maximum of 64 pools and 32_000 members in all pools. These can all be changed by governance and the number of pools and members is expected to increase.
