Ambassador upDOT day #4

In order to keep us up to date and find references to the efforts being made in the Polkadot ecosystem around the world, I reiterate that participation is spontaneous and is published in the middle and end of each month.

Continuing with the initiative to provide faster and more transparent updates on the outstanding contributions of ambassadors around the world, I am sharing my actions from the last 15 days.

Saimon Contributions:

+Polkadot adoption in Medellín: HashHouse is the main meeting place for enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, investors, and Web3 developers in Medellín. Its venues include a club, bar, poker center, and coworking space, offering spaces for meetups and hackathons. It is now possible to pay for any of its products and services using Dots. Reference

+Bringing companies closer to technology: For the collaboration with the Peruvian telecommunications company Entel initiated in february, a proposal has already been submitted to Entel, offering training sessions related to Polkadot elements so they can present their project. The support areas will be Compliance, technical guidance, and business guidance. Once accepted, a call will be made to the community to contribute their expertise in these areas.

+Implementation of ecosystem technology: The onchain report from Medellín Blockchain Week was presented. This initiative, led by Space4Build in collaboration with other local developer communities, featured 15 developer-focused activities that encouraged the use of as many onchain interactions as possible. All interactions were developed using proprietary developments on Moonbase Alpha (Moonbeam Testnet) and worked very well. Reference
