xx Network runs a PQ messaging mixnet bootstrapped in a Substrate chain.
- Reference app: https://haven.xx.network - Quantum resistant short messaging (“IRC-like”) over xx Network cMixx. A self-hosted version can be built from the source; a Dockerfile is provided in the repository.
- Polkadot and other Substrate chains can send RPC transactions over cMixx to have wallet client (IP, location) metadata stripped and therefore hidden from the RPC endpoint.
