What you request isn’t only privacy. It is also the absence of a receipt/proof on what you voted (otherwise you could still sell your vote and prove to the buyer that you voted in the specified way). The best solution for this known to me, is that you provide the voter with a proof for each option (Aye, Nay, Abstain), all of which are valid. It is still possible to let the voter know which of the proofs have been counted, but the voter can then decide, which proof to present to the buyer - rendering the whole vote-buying deal meaningless
