Hello everyone, I’m really excited to join you here on polkadot/ Kusama and engage with this passionate community!

My specialty is **advanced governance mechanisms** : I developed a model that I’ve proposed and tested in several communities, and I’d be very happy to discuss it with you.

**About**

- I’m 47 years old, discovered crypto in late 2014 and have been fully involved since 2017.

- Between 2017 and 2020, I participated in various blockchain projects, focusing on tokenomics and governance.

- In 2021 and 2022, I served as a **DAO & Tokenomics Architect** at Founders Hub France (Dfounders), where I helped design governance models for several DAOs.

- I’m the initiator of **Web3 Addicts DAO** , a non-listed French think tank dedicated to reflection on decentralized governance and legislation in France.

- I’ve also collaborated with more traditional crypto companies on DeFi and DAO governance challenges.

- **Fractal Governance & Proof-of-Love** : co-developed an advanced governance dashboard featuring a “Proof-of-Love” model to gauge engagement and decision legitimacy.

- **Tokenomics & Distribution** : crafted sustainable mechanisms for non-listed governance tokens, including holding-duration bonuses and whale caps.

- **Multi-pod Architectures** : designed modular pod and sub-DAO structures with seamless delegation flows and on-chain traceability.

- **Security & Compliance** : implemented multisig, automated audit pipelines, and stealth tunnels to ensure resilience against regulatory shifts.
