The referendum to upgrade to Polkadot Runtime 2.0.5 is now up for voting. This upgrade features capped issuance for DOT, Solidity smart contracts support, and two-second block times [https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1828](https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1828)
