## Polkadot News Referendum 246, cancelling Referendum 241 to upgrade Polkadot to runtime v1’000’000, after a problem was found in the equivalent runtime upgrade on Kusama, is now up for vote. [https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/246](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/246) Reminder: conviction voting locking periods on Polkadot will be fixed in the next proposed runtime upgrade, with the base period increasing from 7 to 28 days. Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but in relation to the XCM transfer issue on Kusama which appeared post-runtime upgrade, is this also impacting teleports from AssetHub to Kusama? I did a test transfer 5 days ago which appears to have left AssetHub successfully but is still pending on Kusama. ---
