Hello **Everyone**! Offchain minting is a new feature that was released with `polkadot-v0.9.39`:

[Pallet NFTs](https://github.com/paritytech/substrate/tree/master/frame/nfts) (and [offchain minting](https://github.com/paritytech/substrate/blob/8b1af507be15efd08c525d75cab63e2f6a4eaf35/frame/nfts/src/lib.rs#L1821-L1845)) is now live on Kusama/Statemine!
