# Introduce Coretime DevTools

Coretime DevTools is a suit of tools designed to assist developers in building with Polkadot SDK / Substrate and deploying with Coretime. It now includes three functional tools, and one tool under planning:

- **Substrate Stencil** : A template for kickstarting a Substrate-based Proof of Stake (PoS) chain, which includes features like staking, goverance, also covers the deployment process.
- **Play Substrate** : Practical runtime pallets for developers to experiment with, facilitating learning of on-chain data types, off-chain work, custom weights, and more.
- **subdev.cn** : A technical documentation portal for Polkadot developers using Chinese. It now has around 1.2k page views and 200+ active users monthly.
- **Coretime CLI** : A command-line interface for building parachains and deploying with Coretime without leaving your favorite terminal (currently in planning).
