# Github Integration

This is a thread to track ways we can more deeply integrate Github and the Polkadot Forum.

## Discourse Github Plugin

We already have the [discourse-github](https://github.com/discourse/discourse-github) plugin enabled on the site. We simply need to acquire an access token for it to work.

The current configuration, minus access token, is:

### Action Items

- Get Access Token
- Add More Github Repos (define a criteria?)
  - Parachain Teams
  - Block Explorers
  - Wallets
  - more?

## Github Login

There is also an option to enable login to the forum via Github

I think it makes sense to enable:

Managed to set this it up:

- Create Github Application
- Enable Github Logins
