# Create-polkadot-dapp: spin up your dapp in seconds!

Hi all!

New [create-polkadot-dapp](https://www.npmjs.com/package/create-polkadot-dapp) npm package closes yet another gap in DevEx between our ecosystem and our competitors: official templates for client-side, which the potential developers can try out with ease:

```plaintext
npx create-polkadot-dapp@latest

```

Currently, there are two templates to try out:

- react-papi-tailwind:  
React front-end app with PAPI, [ReactiveDOT](https://reactivedot.dev) + [dotconnect](https://dotconnect.dev/) for chain and wallet interactions.  
[Tailwind CSS](https://tailwindcss.com) + [Tailwind UI](https://tailwindui.com/).  
[Vite](https://vite.dev/) for dev tooling.
- react-solidity a monorepo for smart contracts for AssetHub and a React, [Tailwind CSS](https://tailwindcss.com) and [ethers](https://docs.ethers.org/v6/)

Hello, great initiative! We need more good frontend applications. I just released a next.js starter template
