I like the proposal. This brings us essentially closer to how normal states operate. The idea of having a period where all the budgeting for all subDAOs is done will help to ensure that we are staying in the budget and are not overspending because some random proposal came up in between. With subDAOs it should also be easier and faster to get a good proposal approved, also these subDAOs are probably run by the experts on each subDAO topic.
IMO we should directly come up with a salary structure for the people working for these subDAOs. So, that the salary across these subDAOs is the same and follows the same patterns.
