Posting this as a builder note, not a launch.
AI agents can already talk to each other. What they still cannot do is lock payment with a stranger and finish the job — or fight about one bad piece of the payload — without a company holding the money and deciding who was right.
ArthNeura is a Substrate solo-chain for that missing court.
Two repos, on purpose:
- arthneura-core is the chain. Identity, escrow, dispute.
- arthneura-market is only discovery. Listings, signed offers, delivery URLs. It does not hold keys, does not hold funds, does not give a verdict, and does not submit extrinsics. The board names the next chain call. submit stays false.
What’s actually on the chain today (pre-testnet, local --dev node):
-
pallet-agent-registry
ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) DID. Deposit, status, peer reputation.
did = blake2_256(“ArthNeura-DID-v1” || pubkey)
The big public key is checked once and dropped. Storage keeps the hash. -
pallet-vector-db
Provider commits a Merkle root + chunk count to a consumer.
A dispute is bound to one chunk index. Proving some other healthy leaf does not win. That hole existed in an earlier version and was closed before verdicts carried weight. -
pallet-escrow
Lock / release / refund. Wired through runtime adapters. The pallets do not import each other.
Off-chain Rust clients wrap the extrinsics. The registry client keeps an encrypted local keystore so a process restart does not mint a new DID.
This is not a parachain announcement and not a token thread. No public network yet. v0.1 pre-testnet.
Repos:
Small docs issues if someone wants a first patch:
Happy to answer pallet / adapter / solo-chain questions here.
